WAUSAU, Wis. (WSAU) - A 53-year-old Georgia man died in a trucking accident late last night at Green Bay Packaging Company in Wausau.
According to police, Ricky Whitworth was working on the wheels of a semi-trailer completing a procedure that required the truck to be moved. His wife, who was driving the truck, thought he signaled her to move the truck. When she did, the truck hit Whitworth, killing him.
The truck is owned by Green Bay-based Schneider National Carriers.
