WAUSAU, Wis (WSAU) State agents temporarily shut down The Chatterbox bar on Wausau's west side last night. They were investigating a possible gaming violation.

Some regulars at the bar say a 'queen of hearts' drawing was scheduled, and the jackpot had grown to 46-thousand dollars. Others at the bar say similar drawing had happened in the past, but the jackpot had never been this big. One past winner said he even received a 10-99 tax form to report the money he'd received.

Agents from the State Department of Justice and Wausau police arrived around 8pm, and asked all patrons to leave. The bar was searched, and was allowed to reopen a few hours later.

It's not clear if anything was seized during the search, or if any criminal charges are pending. There's been no comment on the case from law enforcement.
